OS 2.2: Mod Matrix Reporting does not display certain filter modulation paths
Depending on the filter type, there may be two or three modulation destinations. Most filters have only “cutoff” and “resonance” as destinations, but e.g. the comb filter and the vocal filter have a third destination (“damping” / “x-fade”). It seems that modulation paths to these third filter ...

Re: v2.2 OS released!
John, Jim, thank you so much for this OS update. The Mod Matrix Reporting is a very useful feature when analyzing patches. There seems to be a minor problem with the display of certain modulation paths, which I will report in the appropriate sub-forum. Thanks again for your continued support of the ...

Re: D50 waves
John, thank you for sharing these samples!
On my Solaris I have some strange behaviour when I save a sound using these samples to CF card, and loading it back again from CF card into the memory. The selected sample can be altered after re-loading the sound, depending on what sample I select.

V 2.0 strange behaviour when changing voice count
When you change the voice count of a part while editing the sound, it happens that not all voices sound the same.
Simple example:
- set up an init sound in one part with EG6 attack = 0s, release = 0.5s
- set the voice count in that part to 2
- change attack to 5s, release to 5s
- play some notes ...

V 2.0 EgReset in Poly Mode
It seems that the EgReset behaviour in play mode = "poly" is just the opposite as shown on the screen. When you select "shutdown", the EGs are actually in running mode, when you select "running" they are in "shutdown" mode. This seems to be the case for all three settings of the Legato mode.

Re: OS2 :: Volume of parts in Multi not affecting vca ...
I can confirm this bevaviour. Here are some easy steps to demonstrate it:
- Setup an init sound with one part (Osc1 - Mixer1 - Filter1 - VCA1); set VCA1 volume to 100%
- Modify the part volume on multi page 1, the volume changes as expected
- Now set VCA1 volume to zero, VCA1 modulation source to e ...

Re: Developer Fund Update - Important!
What about the current (faithful) Solaris owners: is there an updated ETA for OS 2.0 - and what exactly are the conditions to obtain it? Thanks in advance for an update.

Re: new Solaris Oscillator Type in 2.0 OS
Amazing - your preview is much appreciated! Do I understand correctly that only the "carrier" has to be a PhaseMod-Oscillator and the "Modulator" can be any audio source?

Indeed that looks very very nice. Thank you for the preview and the continued work on the OS!

John, are there any updates about the OS developments by Hrast? Maybe in the context of the desktop version you just have proposed in another thread?

This is great news, a big "thank you" to Željko for taking over this task.
Will the development on the DSP code also include bug fixes? I would appreciate to have this one fixed: https://forums.johnbowen.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=16158#p19900 .
