This isn't your everyday Solaris. This is the only one that John Bowen has ordered to be built with detented rotary encoders. I prefer this option as I can be quite clumsy when moving about the interface. Some people prefer detent while others do not. You have to make up your own mind.

I have a great idea, if possible. I'm wondering if it will be possible to organize these patches into groups, like analog, digital, favorites 1,2, etc....possibly even letting you name your different cat agonies. The Virus TI impliments this type of internal organization, which makes it much faster ...

Besides having to be in slave mode in order to run at 96khz through the SPDIF, are there any other issues with this I/O interface?
