Stuck Notes On Glissandos

Im having stuck notes on poly gliss, as in the old style Prince/Bruno Mars slide into Organish tones w/AFT vibratos.
Never noticed this as I was never performing this type of dance music before.

I can escape by going backward or forward, but not easy when my left hand is comping or doing Horns + Articulations.

Im hoping this can be looked into in a future update.
Until then no mo slides n shit.

Is it possible to downgrade back to when I didn’t have the sustained notes issue?
I’m thinking the very first upgrade after Solaris release.
Since Im not really using MIDI Out just MIDI In prgm.chng. Messages any idea what number that would be?

You can always downgrade the same way you upgrade...but of course we’d rather find what it is that is causing your stuck notes.

I'm not able to reproduce any stuck notes. Can you provide more information about how you do that? So far you've said only "poly gliss". I set PlayMode=Poly and the global GldType=Gliss but I can't produce stuck notes that way yet.

I would either start from an INIT preset or suggest some other factory preset and then list the changes to make. (Or post a preset file that demonstrates the problem.) Is there any particular way you have to play to make the notes stick? How often does it happen? Can you reproduce it easily every time or is it just occasionally?

Its on various presets.

When I do a glissando w/o portamento, etc. just regular 2 octave gliss up to a chord using my finger like a pianist, synth or hammond b3 player would do, it gets stuck.
Its not everytime either, which is really annoying.
That means I get comfortable thinking it worked before then out of nowhere, all notes are sticking causing serious grief.

it seems like when I go faster like a Hammond B3 player (think of the organ in steve millers fly like an eagle) thats when this occurs.

whats the numbers of the first two OSs?

Id like to see what happens by downgrading/

Oh, then this is nothing to do with the Gliss parameter setting, but a real glissando. So then actually the settings don't matter as long as you have PlayMode=Poly, I assume. Any preset will result in stuck notes? I'll try some more.

I don't know the first OS versions. The first one where I modified something was v1.3.0. So anything that is version 1.2.x was before me. John will have better info on that.

It’s really puzzling, since neither one of us (Jim and I) can get this to happen.
As for OS versions, let’s see if you find it in Jim’s first big version release, 1.3.0. I definitely don’t recommend going back as far as a 1.2.x.

I didn't notice until now that you said all notes are sticking. How many? Could it have anything to do with the sustain pedal?

Don’t use a sustain pedal, but will mess around and see if the notes off message can fix this.
I usually have to stop playing, load another preset.
But I’m covering multiple parts so this is always a PITA and why I’m avoiding said performance techniques.
