Solaris Pre-Order information

UPDATED July 17, 2023:

As we prepare for the next production, there is only one more (white) Solaris keyboard slot remaining. I also still have a small number of the tabletop units available. Hardware is identical to the Solaris OLED keyboard, except no keyboard, ribbon, joystick, or wheels. Price is $3499 plus shipping if prepaid in full. Delivery expected to be by end of 2023. Solaris Voice Expander Now Available

Built in a 1U-sized cabinet, while not a full 19″ width (and does not ship with ‘rack ears’), the Voice Expander uses the same motherboard as the keyboard version, and adds another 10 voices of polyphony when using Poly Chain. (Just make sure both units have the same Program data on their CF cards!). You can also just layer it with your current Solaris. All parameters are connected to a Solaris front panel (via SysEx) for easy editing. Sales and production are handled by Sonic Core, with price at 1839 EUR net. Please contact Sonic Core at office@soniccore.de for more information or ordering.

All sales (except Voice Expander) are now limited to direct orders only, with the following exception:

  • customers living in Japan – please contact Fukusan Kigyo Co.,Ltd. for Solaris information.
  • Note that I do not accept payment by credit card, except via PayPal. Only PayPal or bank wire is acceptable at this time.

As we prepare for the first Rev 2 Solaris production, there are no more keyboard units available. In case of any cancellations, there is always the chance a unit will become available. The price is $4799 plus shipping if prepaid in full. Polyphonic Aftertouch keyboard is a $300 option.

1. Purchase numbers are assigned by date and time of your pre-order.

2. The Solaris now comes with a 3-year warranty on parts and labor if purchased directly from this Web site (2 years for purchases prior to July 1, 2013), and 1-year if purchased through a retail store.

3. All sales from this Web site are 100% guaranteed; if you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 2 weeks for a full refund as long as the synth is still in new condition. You would also have to pay shipping on the return. Any damage to the unit (scratches, dings, etc.) will be accounted for by a deduction of your refund.
